Wir haben die Zeit auf Sebastians und Monikas Hausboot sehr genossen. Sebastian war ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber. Er belieferte uns mit selbst gebackenem Sauerteigbrot und Eiern aus dem Ort und hat sich bei Fragen sofort gemeldet.
Das Boot liegt sehr abgelegen an einer kleinen Marina. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit sich bestens zurückzuziehen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir empfehlen den nahen Naturstrand wärmstens!

To już kolejny nasz pobyt u Moniki i Sebastiana. Jest to pierwsza taka sytuacja kiedy chcemy wracać i wracać wciąż w to samo miejsce, znajome sitowia i do najbardziej gościnnych gospodarzy w Polsce 🙂 gdzie nic nie jest wymuszone ani pozowane, gdzie razem z nietuzinkowym miejscem dostaje się wstęp do ich świata, który jest piękny ale i pyszny (dziękujemy za wszystkie lokalne przysmaki i własnoręczne wypieki). Sam pobyt jak zwykle rewelacyjny, polecam serdecznie.

It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The surrounding is good for kayaking and it is nice to spend the evenings in the Marina. Sebastian and Monika are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed all the details in their houseboat - it was a pleasure to stay there and we are looking forward to come back this summer. Best regards from Billy and Barbara

Sebastian i Monika są świetnymi gospodarzami, którzy włożyli spory kawałek swojego serca w urządzenie absolutnie niezwykłej przestrzeni, gdzie absolutnie każdy detal jest nieprzypadkowy i unikatowy. Okoliczności przyrody są przepiękne, jednak łódka jest tak przytulna, że nawet nie chce się wychylać z niej nosa. Mimo, że nie robiliśmy nic szczególnego, to brakło nam czasu i pobyt okazał się za krótki, więc na pewno jeszcze wrócimy 🙂

Where do I start? Sebastian is charming, accommodating and super quick to respond. The houseboat is charming, cozy, stylish, all in all, an incredibly spot to relax for a few days and disconnect. PS. I would recommend taking a kayak trip if weather permits, it was incredible!
I would 100% recommend Sebastian as a host, and 44 Sardine as a perfect getaway from the city!

Wir haben die Zeit auf Sebastians Hausboot sehr genossen. Es war mit vielen liebe vollen Details eingerichtet.
Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Hausboot über ein eigenes Kanu verfügt, welches wir für 9€ am Tag bei Sebastian mieten konnten. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit uns ganz spontan und je nach Wetterlage zu entscheiden wann wir es nutzen möchten.
Sebastian war ein super freundlicher, aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber.
Er belieferte uns mit selbst gebackenem Sauerteigbrot, frischen Tomaten aus eigener Ernte, Eiern und selbstgemachter Kräuterbutter.
Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem kleinen ruhigen Örtchen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Möchte man etwas mehr erleben kann man z.B. mit dem Bus oder Rad zum Hafen fahren und die kostenlose Fähre nach Swinemünde nutzen.

Sebastian und seine Frau Monika haben auf der Sardine ein ganz besonderen Ort geschaffen mit einem superschönen Interieur. Man kann dort und auf den Inseln eine sehr entspannte Zeit verbringen. Sebastian ist ein sympathischer und sehr umsichtiger Gastgeber, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sebastian ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Als wir ankamen hat er uns persönlich begrüßt und alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt. Das Hausboot ist genau wie auf den Fotos, es ist super schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail in wunderschöner, ruhiger Umgebung.

Rzadko kiedy odejmuje nam mowę, a tym razem tak było. Urok domku na wodzie to jedno, ale wysublimowany i przemyślany w każdym detalu wystrój buduje taki klimat, że nie da się opisać tego słowami. Właściciele są niesamowitymi osobami, z którymi możnaby rozmawiać bez końca. Zostaliśmy miłe przywitani i ugoszczenie na najwyższym poziomie. Wspaniałą opcją są też swojskie wyroby, których można spróbować podczas pobytu - naprawdę warto. Na duży plus zasługuje również kontakt z hostami i ich wskazówki dotyczące spędzenia czasu w okolicy. Już nie możemy się doczekać, by tam wrócić - polecamy każdemu, kto lubi kontakt z naturą i docenia każdy szczegół.

We stayed a couple nights and enjoyed the peace and nature. Particularly because it was rainy and cold (not the weather you expect in June) the houseboat was perfect to stay inside the cosiness and enjoy the view: the reed, the many birds and water everywhere you look. Communication with Sebastian was really nice, we loved the delicious sourdough bread with herb butter and his recommendations. One more thing: better allow more time for the ferry to get to the island as it somedays takes longer than expected (2,5 hours in our case).

Cudowne miejsce, które tworzą cudowni ludzie. Od progu barki można poczuć się jak w domu. Miejsce jest piękne i ciepłe , przemyślane, funkcjonalne, bardzo czyste. Sebastian i Monika zawsze służą pomocą, kropką nad i w trakcie pobytu był przygotowany specjalnie dla nas chleb, chałka i lokalne przysmaki. Polecam każdemu kto chce być blisko natury, chlonąć piękno Karsiboru, zaznać niezwykłej gościnności, wyciszyć się. Nie możemy doczekać się powrotu!

Honestly, all the other guests that've already commented on the beautiful, extraordinary "Sardine 44", they are right: staying on the houseboat is sheer and utter bliss, even in early March. And yes, like all the others, we also thought on our last morning: if only we could stay another week. It's cozy, it's quiet, the view onto water, forest, sky, reed, and cranes is calming, the air is otherworldly good. Sebastian and Monika, extremely circumspect and kind hosts, have created a haven full of wonderous details; you really do feel at home, instantly. Thank you very much for sharing this place with others!

Dear future houseboat visitors,
the accommodation is a beautiful and unique place for a time-out or a tiny house try out. The limited space is very smart equipped and makes you feel at home immediately. We very much enjoyed watching the various birds around and at night we enjoyed the silence and watched the stars reflecting in the quiet water.
Sebastian and his wife were very nice and even provided fresh self made scones and some great plum jam.
We consider to come back one day.

We stayed 9 nights at the boat and we had a wonderful time. Sebastian welcomed us with warm words and very delicious sweets. He explained the boat and gave us insider tips about were to swim and which place offers fresh local fish (which is right next to the boat so we could walk). The boat was the cleanest accommodation we had so far and the very nice arrangement is exactly as shown on the pictures. We also found that ist was even bigger as it appeared on the pictures. From the bad room we could see the water and some ducks swimming by which was really nice. All in all it is a very quiet place with lots of nature. We highly recommend the place and the boat and would love to come back!

"Sardine" is a quiet beautiful place with a lovely interieur and details. We missed nothing and enjoyed our time on the houseboad very much. Sebastian was a perfect host. Only one thing we did not like too much: when there is no wind outside, there are many mosquitos that love that place as well. But inside the boat is no problem. We stayed 10 days and could have stayed longer!!

Monika and Sebastian’s “sardine” is a wonderful place to spend a couple of days in a peaceful sanctuary. The communication was super easy and we prepped our trip and arrival with ease. Thanks to Monika and Sebastian’s incredible eye for details, this place is truly magical. The interior is super unique and beautiful and we did feel like home. The entire house boat was spotless and our hosts made sure we found everything we needed for our stay. Sebastian left for us some home made bread that made for our first breakfast - delicious! I cannot recommend this place more. Thank you, Monika and Sebastian. You were amazing hosts and we hope to see you again!

This houseboat is just fantastic! This trip exceeded all our expectations in almost every way! I just don't know where to start... Be it the location on the tiny island of Karsibór. The island is quit small but very charming. Pleanty of nature, helpful people and a really nice place to find some rest. Just a short trip takes you to Świnoujście or the nice beaches of Wydrza Kępa. The housboat is loaded with lovely little details and an amazing light concept. It is hard to describe just how beautiful Monika and Sebastian set it up. Flowers on the sink, reeds in the shower. Fresh herbs in the kitchen and on the balcony. Linen bedclothes and organic cosmetics. And this are just some of the highlights that every traveler must love. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Sharp knives, moka pot, nice cutlery, spices - all there. The weather tricked us a little. 17°C in July is just not what you would expect, but the Sardine 44 made us feel warm inside and so time flew by. At the end we wished to stay just a little longer. A year - or so. The Marina provides an excellent restaurant. It closes 20pm but had some of the best fish dishes I ever had. Make sure you try the home made cake. It is delicious. Another restaurant 10 minutes down the road was also well visited but we did not make it there. A small shop nearby has everything you need. My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying there very much and we give our highes recommendations to everybody seeking rest and relaxation. 1 Million thanks to Sebastian and Monika. Communication was a pleasure - as it was to meet Sebastian in person.

We enjoyed our time on this charming, beautifully decorated houseboat immensely. The boat has everything that you need for a relaxing time - we especially enjoyed the mini-library of books and eating breakfast on the deck - whilst the surrounding area offers great opportunities for walking, kayaking and spending time at the beach. We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

This is really an amazing and impressive place! The houseboat is located in a beautiful and quiet marina! The interior design was really wonderful with all the details in the very clean rooms! We loved the terrasse and enjoyed every minute of our stay! Sebastian is a great host and overall we totally recommend this houseboat to everybody who loves nature and is looking for a retreat from hectic life! 🙂

Der Aufenthalt auf der kleinen Sardine war wirklich wunderbar. Das Hausboot ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Details sind einzigartig und sehr individuell. Sebastian hat uns mit frischen Brötchen willkommen geheißen und uns alle Besonderheiten zum Boot erklärt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern, die Dusche ist groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zuhause gefühlt. Neben an ist ein kleiner Fischer- und Ausflugshafen, wo ein paar wenige Boote anliegen. Unsere anfängliche Sorge, dass es etwas voller und unruhiger durch die Hafenbesucher wird, hat sich schnell zerschlagen und wir konnten insbesondere die Abende am Wasser in voller Ruhe genießen. Ein wirklich magischer Ort für eine kurze Flucht aus der Großstadt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und beim Nichtstun den Vögeln zu lauschen.

Sebastian i Monika to wyjątkowi gospodarze. Ich gościnność przekroczyła nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Specjalnie na nasz przyjazd upiekli bułeczki na ekologicznej mące, byśmy mogli poczęstować nimi naszego małego syna. Barka urządzona z dbałością o najmniejsze, naprawdę najmniejsze (!) detale: świeże rośliny w wazonie, vintage bierki do gry, piękne naczynia, zastawa stołowa, cudownie miękka lniana pościel, w łazience nawet czekał na nas ulubiony krem do rąk. Barka jest bardzo, bardzo czysta, a właściciele pod stałym kontaktem telefonicznym. Na zewnątrz leżaki do odpoczynku w dzień i koce, by otulić się w nich chłodnym wieczorem. Sama okolica cicha, spokojna, sielska. Polecamy wszystkim, ale szczególnie miłośnikom natury i osobom, które bardzo chciałyby odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Ogromnym plusem jest stały dostęp do pitnej wody, nie ma potrzeby gotowania, czy kupowania butelkowanej. Obok barki znajduje się przyjazna marina z pysznymi rybami, także nie trzeba gotować, choć pięknie urządzona kuchnia aż się o to prosi. Dziękujemy bardzo za gościnę i z przyjemnością wrócimy jesienią! Pozdrawiamy, Magda, Sławek i Cypisek.

Zdecydowaliśmy się na tego typu wypoczynek ponieważ oczekiwaliśmy nietypowej formy relaksu, bezwzględnej ciszy, bliskości natury i dodatkowo wysublimowanego podejścia do wystroju wnętrza, wysmakowanego poczucia estetyki oraz ponadprzeciętnej kultury w rozumieniu kultury osobistej, czystości i wyjątkowego porządku. To wszystko otrzymaliśmy z nawiązką bowiem rzeczywistość przerosła nasze bądź co bądź jednak wysokie oczekiwania. Oczekujemy zawsze profesjonalizmu pod każdym względem i tutaj BRAWO dla właścicieli. Monika i Sebastian to przede wszystkim wspaniali ludzie, pasjonaci w każdym najmniejszym calu, detaliści z otwartym sercem na turystów. Pyszna kawa przyrządzana o poranku dawała nam codziennie pozytywnego kopa na resztę dnia, smak doskonałej jakości herbaty to niezapomniana dawka przyjemności smaku a bułeczki wypiekane osobiście przez właściciela podane z sardynkami prosto z Portugalii na nasze powitanie były ucztą samą w sobie. Dodam jeszcze, że po całodniowych okolicznych wojażach dopełnieniem dnia był relaks uzupełniony pielęgnacją rewelacyjnymi naturalnymi kosmetykami (co ja osobiście bardzo ale to bardzo sobie cenię) no i oczywiście lampka wina otrzymanego w prezencie na czas pobytu. Mogłabym pisać jeszcze i jeszcze... tak więc napiszę coś jeszcze... koiłam zmysły patrzeniem, słuchaniem, wąchaniem i dotykiem jednocześnie. Tego chyba nie sposób opisać, to trzeba poczuć, trzeba przeżyć, trzeba choćby pokosztować. Dziękujemy z całych serc z nadzieją na kolejne pojenie naszych zmysłów. Aneta i Radek
